Welcome to Printesq ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital roll label printing services, website, and any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services Overview
Printesq provides digital adhesive label printing services for small and medium-sized businesses. We facilitate the printing process by coordinating with third-party printing partners. Customers can request quotes and place orders through our website.
2. Order Process & Quotes

Quote Requests: Customers may request a quote via our website. Quotes are estimates only and are valid for a limited time (typically 7-14 days unless otherwise stated).

Order Confirmation: Orders are finalized only after payment and approval of artwork. Printesq reserves the right to reject orders that violate our policies.

Artwork & Proofing: Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. We may provide a digital proof for approval before printing. Any errors in customer-supplied files are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing: Quotes are based on current material costs, quantity, and specifications. Prices may change due to market fluctuations.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Taxes: Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes unless exempt with valid documentation.
4. Production & Turnaround Time

Standard Production: Turnaround times vary based on order complexity and printing partner availability.

Delays: Printesq is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, natural disasters).
5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight, destination, and service level. Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Printesq is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Defective Prints: If an error is caused by Printesq, we will reprint the order at no cost (subject to verification).

Customer Errors: No refunds or reprints for mistakes in customer-provided artwork, incorrect specifications, or color mismatches due to monitor variations.

Cancellations: Orders in production cannot be canceled. Partial refunds may apply for pre-production cancellations.
7. Intellectual Property & Artwork

Ownership: Customers retain rights to their submitted artwork but grant Printesq a license to reproduce it for the labels ordered.

Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal, copyright (without permission), or offensive material.
8. Limitation of Liability
Printesq’s liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Misuse of labels, regulatory compliance, or product liability.
9. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify Printesq against claims arising from their label design, content, or product usage.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
