How to Order Custom Labels with Printesq

At Printesq, we make ordering high-quality labels simple and efficient.

We offer over 2,000 dies in different shapes and sizes, including rectangle, round, oval, and square. Custom dies are also available to meet your unique shape requirements.

Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth process from quote to delivery:


1. Get a quote for your label(s)

What to Provide:

  • Label Specifications: Size, material (e.g., paper, clear, metallic), quantity, and finish (gloss/matte, foil, Spot UV, etc.).

  • Design Status: Ready-to-print files or need design assistance.

How It Works:

  • Submit details via our order form, email sales@printesq.com, or phone +1 818-653-0778.

  • Receive a competitive price and production timeline within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Upload your artwork(s)

Requirements for Print-Ready Files:

  • Formats: .AI, .PDF, .PSD, or .TIFF (600+ DPI or vector files).

  • Bleed/Safe Zones: 1.5mm bleed, 3mm safe area.

  • Color Mode: CMYK or Pantone® (no RGB).

Upload:

  • You can send your files via cloud-based file transfer service (e.g., WeTransfer)

  • Send your cloud link to Printesq costumer service team

  • Ask Printesq costumer service team to provide you with a cloud to upload your files.

Need Help?

  • Our team can review files for compliance or assist with adjustments (fees may apply).

3. Approve Proof

Options:

  • Digital Proof (Free): PDF mockup for layout/color verification.

  • Physical Proof (Paid): Printed sample for color accuracy and finish checks (recommended for Pantone®/foil jobs).

Note: Production begins only after your approval.

4. Payment

Accepted Methods:

  • Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Terms: Full payment upfront for all clients.

5. Printing your label(s)

Production Timeline:

  • Standard orders: 5–7 business days after proof approval.

  • Rush services: 48–72 hours (surcharge applies).

Quality Checks:

  • Every batch undergoes color matching, cutting, and finishing inspections.

6. Shipping your label(s)

Delivery Options:

  • Standard: UPS Ground (3–5 business days).

  • Expedited: UPS Next Day Air (Overnight/2-day shipping)

Packaging:

  • Labels shipped in protective rolls or flat packs to prevent damage.
